JOB DESCRIPTION:

■ Accurately estimate vehicle damages for customers and their insurance companies.

■ Explain the collision repair process.

■ Schedule repair appointments

■ Update customers on the status of their repairs while their vehicle is in the shop

REQUIREMENTS:

■ 2 years of body shop experience

■ Experience writing estimates and knowledge of repair procedures

■ Knowledge of insurance direct repair (IDR) guidelines
