Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate the Bond Forfeiture case file using DEEDS and JWEB to ensure the correct bond is being forfeited.
Prepare, file, distribute, provide information, and maintain all appropriate documents processed in Bond Forfeiture as needed.
Assess and collect appropriate fees using CATS and JWEB.
Assist walk in customers as well as phone customers in a professional manner.
Accomplishes section objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures and policies of the District Clerk’s office.
Works efficiently to achieve the goals of the District Clerk’s office as outlined in the Strategic Plan and Mission Statement.

Must possess computer skills in the following applications - Windows, Word, and Excel.
Must be detailed oriented.
