What You Will Do:(Key Responsibilities)This position will be responsible for key financial accounting controls, oversight of various processes which could include (AP, AR, Claims, Pricing or other internal processes as identified), reconciliations and other analysis. Position will include a strong interaction with other departments within the organization requiring the candidate to be a key partner in the business operations.This position may contribute to the preparation and analysis of the monthly quarterly annual and/or long-range forecasts, track, and report monthly financial results of the business, execute financial analysis in support of the business and customer teams, perform various activities as part of the close, forecasting, annual planning, audit, deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.What You Will Bring to the Role:(Key Qualifications)-
Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting degree strongly preferred.

Experience: 3-7 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance.

Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical, internal controls, and systems skills.

Must possess strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills required including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional partners and leaders.

Computer Skills: Strong excel skills using large data sets and Power BI.
-
Analytical capabilities to understand the data and derive actions if necessary.

Retail Link experience preferred but not required.

Special Skills: MBA or CPA a plus

Supervisory: possible up to 6 reports
