Bail Bond agency is looking for a skilled, detailed oriented Assistant Office Manager to start immediately. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to adapt quickly to office, staff and client demands. Manage high volume, face paced day to day operations. Able to communicate effectively and work alongside / collaborate with all other Office Managers across different counties. Opporunity to be a full time Office Manager for the right fit.

Things we are looking for:

• Bilingual puts you at the top of the list!
• Clean Background check (required by state); per bail bond board regulations.
• Great phone etiquette and customer service
• Ability to manage a 24/7/365 office with staff of 12 plus employees
• Familiar with payroll and general office admin duties
• 4 Valid References - 2 must be professional
• 1 years of previous Office Management Experience
• Dependable transportation is required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Familiar with bonding process is preferred, but not required.
• Able to pass a UDS screening if asked.

Pay is $18hr with weekly bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
