**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Winemaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for winemaking and a strong background in CGMP, food safety, and HACCP standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality wines. **Duties:** - Oversee the winemaking process from grape to bottle, ensuring quality and consistency - Operate and maintain winemaking equipment and machinery - Monitor fermentation processes and conduct laboratory analysis - Develop and implement winemaking protocols following industry standards - Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the winery according to food industry standards **Qualifications:** - Experience in winemaking or related field - Knowledge of CGMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations - Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining winery equipment - Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate a forklift - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to fabricate, sanitate, and package wine products - Familiarity with winery operations and fermentation processes This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
