As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Your Role:

As Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions

· Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

· Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of all accounts

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

· Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger

· Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes

· Assist with payroll processing and tax filings

Skills:

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

· Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently

· Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes

· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
