Who You Are

We are looking for a steady, accurate, analytical bookkeeper who finds fulfillment in a job well done while working with clients in a courteous, professional manner. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance aims of this job is necessary.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2 years of proven bookkeeping experience
• Excel and QuickBooks online & desktop version experience
• General ledger accounting
• Client bank reconciliations, payroll, end of month activities experience
• Ability to work with multiple clients is a plus
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Self -starter comfortable working independently
• Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge
• Outstanding written and communication skills
• Result driven individual

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
