Location: Canton, MA

Position Type: Part-Time, Onsite to start, Temp to Perm

Compensation: $25-$30 Per Hour

About Us:

We are a leading provider of insurance, marketing, and administration services for Financial Institutions and other affinity groups across the country. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in Canton, MA.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare invoices and record payments as received

- Maintain all aspects of the general ledger

- Ensure timely payment of Accounts Payable

- Provide financial reporting to management

- Perform bank reconciliations

- Work collaboratively with other team members

- Keep books and records organized

- Provide auditors with necessary information

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Assist with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years in a Bookkeeping or Accounting role

- Experience with QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Online

- Strong attention to detail

- Reliable and trustworthy

Job Posting: Financial Analyst

Pay: $35-$45/hr

100% Remote or Hybrid – Must be in the Greater Boston Area to convert

Work Schedule: 35 hours/week

We are working with a top tier university in the Greater Boston area. They are looking for a financial Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Work with multiple sources of funding, including donor or research restricted funds.

- Perform or coordinate financial accounting, recordkeeping, processing, or administration.

- Prepare budgets for departments, units, or schools.

- Review or reconcile accounts, transactions, or balances.

- Provide research and basic data analysis for financial planning and decision making.

- Prepare complex financial reports.

- Generate entries to accounting systems and establish tracking and reporting procedures.

- Process payments of vendor invoices and individual reimbursements.

- Research accounting discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- Associates degree in accounting or 3 to 5 years of experience required.

- Good written and oral communication skills.

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with spreadsheet software required.
