    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitoring and managing Payables, Receivables (including collections), depreciation, etc.
    • Reconciling accounts and researching discrepancies
    • Researching and documenting accounting issues
    • Preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports – AR, COGS, Cash Flow, P&L, etc.
    • Submit month end reports and prepare year end financials for tax returns
    • Processing payroll

    Requirements

    • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business
    • 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working in QuickBooks and/or Xero
    • Experience analyzing financial data and/or budgeting
