Bookkeeper, Sr. jobs in Lakewood, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records & insure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and process invoices, payments & expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Monitor accounts receivables & accounts payables
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and financial concepts
• Experience with account reconciliation, debits, credits, and general ledger maintenance
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks and 10-key typing skills
• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus

We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with regular business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
