Booth Attendant - Casino redeems chips, makes change for cash, and exchanges cash for chips in a booth. Notifies shift supervisor if additional funds are needed. Essential Functions
· Apply knowledge and experience in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all related building systems.
· Perform startup and commission, troubleshoot and repair computerized temperature control systems which control HVAC equipment such as make-up air systems, roof top units, air handlers, VAV boxes. Boiler, chiller, and pump experience is a plus.
· Perform equipment and systems tests, installation inspection, troubleshooting and problem determination, control panel wiring and checkout, and repair of computer automated control systems.
· Strong customer skills for interacting with the customer and build efficient maintenance schedules.
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or GED required.
· 2 years of experience in building controls and automation, including troubleshooting diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems
· Knowledge of standard practices of the HVAC trade.
· Knowledge of applicable building codes, ordinances and regulations.
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations
· Valid driver’s license.
Computer Skills
· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Basic skills in CMMS software preferred
Communication Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
