Branch Management Trainee participates in a banking management training program designed to provide on-the-job experiential training in the daily operations of a retail branch office. Assists with routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and contributes to other operational tasks and activities. Being a Branch Management Trainee training incorporates multiple areas of banking, including sales, lending, systems operations, staff administration, and business development. Develops broad knowledge and understanding of bank products and policies. Additionally, Branch Management Trainee requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. The Branch Managers are the leaders of the management and direction of Herc Rentals' branches. Responsibilities- Grow revenue for the branch and district
- Meet or exceed business plan for the branch
- Answer and resolve customer questions
- Manage your team effectively and efficiently
- Implementing Safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan
- Fleet Management
- Manage Profit and Loss reporting & Operational reviews
- Generate, process, analyze and review the daily business reports
- Support all team members
- Conduct Branch Audits & Inventory reviews
- Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards
Professional Experience
Educational Background
High School or GED required, College Degree preferred
Conditions of Employment
5-7 year of relatable experience
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive revenue growth
Ability to communicate with customers
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to input information into computer systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
Ability to safely drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment
Be able to regularly lift 50lbs or more
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive tasks; stretch, turn, twist, and reach overhead; bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods of time
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors when required of the job

$80-100K annual salary
