Performs routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and other operational tasks and activities. Being an Branch Manager Assistant assumes responsibility for the supervision of the branch office during the manager's absence. Assists in training and managing branch staff. Additionally, Branch Manager Assistant ensures that branch operations follow all company policies and procedures. Maintains the required security, operational, and service quality standards. Usually has completed a bank management training program. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a branch manager.
