Looking for 5-8 hours a week commitment with flexible hours (weekend support preferred). Responsibilities:
* Organizing mail and calendars
* Organizing digital communications and inbox
* Scheduling and managing appointments
* Managing package delivery
* Organizing and managing special projects (kids birthday parties to work dinners)
* Procurement (shopping for items, and pick up)
* Managing and organizing home and office supplies
* setting up and maintaining systems to keep our home/offices running efficiently
