Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager, preferably in insurance sales. Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze metrics.   Preferred: MBA or advanced degree. Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) or Benefits insurance lines. Previous experience as a Producer, Account Executive, or has been in insurance operations. Knowledge of insurance agency operations.
