Requirements:
Certifications/Licenses - Property & Casualty Agent License
Experience - Prior insurance related and supervisory experience required.
Degree - Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Scope Of Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the Commercial Lines Department.
General Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies and policies to accomplish and support Commercial Lines Department business plan objectives.
2. Plan business goals/objectives for Commercial Lines Department and identify the resources (staff, equipment, funds) required to attain the end results.
3. Market, Prepare and Present quotations for new accounts.
4. Communicate with pertinent managers on the supporting strategies and needs involving the office operations.
5. Analyze and define organizational structure (job responsibilities/ interrelationships) and systems (manual/automated) to support business plans and produce quality services.
6. Control and monitor office plans, identify and resolve issues, and correct deviations.
7. Work schedule coordination with Team Leaders.
8. Meet with C/L Account Managers and Producers monthly to strategize the upcoming renewals.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
