Dulles Insurance is looking for an EXPERIENCED REMOTE Commercial Account Manager.

Responsible for the servicing of assigned mid sized Commercial accounts, claims handling, and to provide accurate and courteous service to insured’s sales representatives and insurance companies regarding those accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Receive, document and process all insured’s request for service.
• Prepare and assist with all renewals and quotations in a timely manner but no later than 90 days prior to expirations.
• Keep abreast of new policies, coverages, etc., available to our agency and insured in order to provide proper coverage at the competitive prices.
• Keep producers fully informers on all important activities on their accounts.
• Work with producers in reviewing and placing new business.
• Maintain customer files (paper & electronic) in a neat manner and as may be specified by management.
• Type proposals as requested.
• Solicit new business when possible.
• Assist in training other employees at management request.
• Perform special request and projects at management’s request on a timely basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• EAST COAST/CENTRAL time zone
• REQUIRED experience: Commercial Insurance Lines: 10 years minimum
• REQUIRED AMS 360 EXPERIENCE
• REQUIRED mid sized account servicing

Required license or certification:

• P&C Licensed
• High school or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
