Focus provides a 36k salary base and tiered commissions up to 35% of new and renewal revenue. After 3 years of production producers will have a the option to go to straight 50% commission. This option is available when a producer wants to coast and enjoy the revenue stream that he or she has built. Our marketing team works very hard to ensure our producers are selling and excited about their progress.
Establishing an insurance book of business is hard work and requires considerable effort, especially in the first couple years. Must be able to meet client availability, and that does mean some calls during nights and weekends.
