Description
As a part of Community Bank’s management and leadership team, you will utilize your sales, banking and management experience to be an instrumental part of the Bank’s team. Branch Managers oversee the efficient daily operation of a branch - developing new deposits and consumer/small business loans, operational soundness, and superior customer service. Leading your team by coaching, guiding, mentoring and motivating to attain branch and bank goals. Utilizing your knowledge and experience to make sound decisions and ensuring established policies and procedures are followed.
