The Branch Manager exercises complete responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that maintains Coburn s Exceptional reputation for customer service and employee satisfaction. This position directs, coordinates, and monitors all sales, operations and personnel development activities in order to ensure increased profitability and market share.

Must maintain a valid driver s license and have the ability to travel to Coburn s customer and company branch locations.
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Occasionally works with small tools and equipment. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. Warehouse environment. Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required. A consistent presence at work is required.
Must be a minimum age of 21 years old and maintain a valid driver s license and have the ability to travel to Coburn s customer and company branch locations.
In order to operate a forklift, the operator must be a minimum age of 18 years old and successfully complete Coburn s Forklift Operator Certification. The Manager must successfully complete Coburn s Forklift Evaluator Certification.
Any employee who will make deliveries at a branch will be required to have:
Texas– personal driver s license with medical card.
Mississippi & Tennessee- Class D license with medical card.
Louisiana – Chauffer s license (Class D) with medical card.
