  • St. Louis Dermatology Center has an excellent opportunity to join our team as an Office Manager. This is an important management role that involves a number of business functions, including HR, operations, strategy, marketing, customer experience and more, so attention to detail and project management are key to success. If you are someone who enjoys meaningful work, the ability to have an impact every day, and variety in what you do, then this position is for you.

Sitting at the intersection of the medical field and the skincare industry, we offer a mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology services. We see patients for everything from skin cancer screenings and psoriasis, to anti-aging, Botox, and hair loss. It's a dynamic, growing field that has incredible potential.

The Office Manager holds a leadership position on our team. Your job will be to oversee the junior staff, while effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This includes, but is not limited to ensuring the team is properly scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, providing exceptional clinical support, and finding ways to constantly improve our overall customer service and business processes.

We have a small but tight-knit staff, and as we look to grow and hire new employees it's important that we focus on quality over quantity. That means hiring friendly, communicative individuals who are team-oriented and drama-free. If you are the type of person who can adapt and find creative solutions to issues that pop up throughout the day, then this is the job for you.

As noted, this job has a little bit of everything: HR, operations, marketing, facilities management, customer service, and more, so that kind of variety should excite you. Furthermore, you should have excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work directly with business ownership on improvement initiatives. Overall, this is the perfect role for someone who is looking to advance their career, take the next step, and get in early on a company that is on a positive growth trajectory.

Serious inquiries only. If you are still reading, please know that the two skills tests included in this post are mandatory (if you don't complete them, you will not be considered for the role). We are kind and team oriented, but also have high standards (and hope that you do, too)!
