    The Opportunity

    Lonestar Forklift is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the branch’s business plan and ensuring that the branch functions efficiently to maximize profitability, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    As the Branch Manager for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Manage and achieve objectives outlined in branch’s business plan, including revenue growth, profit, productivity, and customer satisfaction
    • Work with each business unit to implement business plans at the local level and to integrate operations seamlessly between units
    • Communicate with business unit managers on a regular basis, bringing forward any issues that arise in a timely manner
    • Hire, supervise, train, develop, and motivate branch employees
    • Coach team to ensure they achieve or exceed company expectations for quality, service, and sales and to develop employees to their full potential
    • Establish, communicate, and monitor objectives for staff, maintaining consistency with company goals and objectives
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in service levels and efficiency
    • Manage the customer experience and brand image within the local market
    • Review and analyze monthly branch financial statements
    • Perform regular yard, shop, and office inspections
    • Ensure branch is meeting safety standards, reinforce the importance of safety with employees

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

    • Post-secondary degree in a related field such as business administration, management or logistics
    • Proven leadership and prior management experience
    • Demonstrated previous success managing a branch location
    • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • A strategic thinker with a visionary focus and a proactive attitude
    • Self-motivated with a strong business acumen and sound decision-making skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset, including the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    The base pay range for this role is: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses.

    This is an onsite role based in El Paso, Texas.
