Responsibilities:
- Oversee all branch operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning
- Assist branch manager in daily routines
- Develop and implement strategies to meet branch goals and targets
- Provide guidance and support to manager on loan origination, pulling credit reports, and updating credit applications for loans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain cash drawer
- Communicate with customers on cash available, and solving collection issues
- Provide training and coaching to CSR's and assist them daily.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and math skills for accurate calculations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
