A B2B marketing background is essential, with specific expertise in developing and implementing lead generation campaigns. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and focused on measurement-driven strategies, directing marketing resources to areas that yield the best returns.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead-generation plans that deliver substantial volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, encompassing SEO, email marketing, PPC (already proficient), social media, and emerging marketing channels.
Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel, adjusting spending to maximize ROI.
Enhance website conversion rates through A/B testing of changes to website structure, design, and content.
Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' marketing tactics to identify new opportunities.
Experience and Skills:
3 years of B2B lead generation experience, with a focus on paid ad lead generation.
Software industry experience, particularly in SAAS, is a plus.
Demonstrated success in online lead generation.
Expertise in a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, and social media.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
Excellent verbal communication, business writing, and copywriting skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy, with knowledge of marketing technologies (Salesforce and Hubspot CRM, marketing automation, web analytics); HTML and WordPress skills are a plus.
Self-motivated, data-driven, independent worker.
