Serves as the point of contact to guide and assist branch staff with product information and operational policies. Being a Branch Service Representative responds to questions and resolve cases by researching bank procedures or regulatory governance and escalating issues internally as necessary. Summary:
Today is awesome! You showed up for work, attended a team meeting, and then sat down at your desk to work. You were given a list of people to contact and you eagerly jumped into the work. Each call is a new challenge as you talk to each customer and discover ways to help them. You actively work through your list, confident that a Team Leader is always nearby to give you on-the-spot training and help when you need it. The day flies by – you’re never bored! – and you push back from your desk at the end of your shift feeling proud that you have helped customers increase their family’s safety and comfort. Job Duties:
Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the workload is shared by everyone – you step up when you need to and you proactively step in to help other team members when you can.
Develop your expertise: You listen carefully to each customer and use that information to guide the customer to help them make the right decisions for the safety and comfort of their family. You constantly build your expertise to provide even better guidance, and because our installers and experts rely on your accuracy.
Master the telephone: You are comfortable using the phone. You listen well to customers, and you can speak clearly and confidently. You’re comfortable with both in-bound calls and out-bound calls.
