We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate as a Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the members. You will also be responsible for contacting members and addressing their concerns.

Responsibilities

• Providing information about member fees, benefits, policies, and procedures.

• Responding to phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent.
  
• Proven work experience as a Member Service Representative or a similar position in the Customer Service department.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
  
• Highly organized individual.
