Manager who can help us grow our customer base, increase repeat purchases, and develop a
deep understanding of the pup parent mindset to create exceptional email campaigns and
training-app experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management: Create and execute high-converting email campaigns
using Sendlane and/or Klaviyo that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and
retention.
Design & HTML: Utilize design skills and (optional) HTML coding to craft visually
compelling emails that align with our brand voice and drive conversions.
App Management: Oversee the customer-facing mobile app to enhance user
experience, improve retention, and increase purchase frequency.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop strategies that acquire new customers
and foster loyalty among existing ones, utilizing email and app communication channels.
Cross-Sell & Upsell Optimization: Use data-driven insights to create and implement
cross-sell and upsell strategies that maximize customer lifetime value.
Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze email performance and app metrics to continually
improve campaign effectiveness and optimize conversion rates.
Customer Segmentation: Leverage data to create highly-targeted customer segments
and personalize communications for better engagement.
Campaign Reporting: Provide actionable insights from email and app performance
metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in customer engagement and conversion
rates.
Pup Parent Mindset: Understand the needs and desires of dog owners to tailor
messaging that resonates with our customer base.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Sendlane or Klaviyo for email marketing automation.
Strong design skills with a passion for creating visually appealing and high-converting
emails.
HTML knowledge for email customization (a plus, but not required).
Experience with app management and driving mobile conversions.
A deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform and optimize email and
app strategies.
Love for dogs and an ability to connect with the "pup parent" demographic.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
