Company Overview: Join our dynamic team at Broker’s Title & Closing, a small and thriving title company located in New Hampshire. We are on a mission to expand our business and are seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Title Processor to contribute to our growth.

Position Summary: As a Paralegal/Title Processor, you will play a crucial role in preparing for and coordinating the closing of real estate transactions, contributing to the success of our business. We are seeking an individual who has prior experience as a title processor, is detail-oriented, capable of handling a high volume of transactions per month, and possesses excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for closing, including preparing the settlement statement and other necessary closing documents.
• File management, ability to manage a high volume of files per month and meet closing deadlines.
• Gather the appropriate information needed to close a real estate transaction.
• Account for, prepare, and issue escrow disbursements.
• Collaborate with real estate buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal staff to prepare and record necessary title paperwork and insurance policies.
• Contribute to Broker’s Title customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a paralegal at a law firm or title company is preferred, with a background in real estate or related fields.
• Detail-oriented individual with exceptional time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer experience.
• Ability to communicate confidently with members of the team, clients, and other individuals associated with each transaction.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
