General Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced PR and Marketing Representative to join our team at USA Loans. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations and strategies that enhance our brand visibility and reputation. You will play a critical role in driving engagement and excellent relationship with our partners, realtors and clients across multiple channels.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and press releases both in English and Spanish.
• Experience with media relations and the ability to build and maintain relationships with company partners such as Realtors, Public Figures, etc.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing and PR strategies.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You should have experience in providing support for event planning and logistics coordination while working closely with the marketing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
