As the Budget Analyst, you will work in an office based setting located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide analytical and reconciliation support in the preparation of budget and budget modification;
• Assist management in documenting and forecasting revenue and expenses;
• Communicate and collaborate proactively with all levels of management to analyze revenue and expenses;
• Share knowledge and communicate analysis progress and issues as needed;
• Analyze financial information , make journal entries and determine the most effective means of handling accounting transactions;
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports which accurately reflect the financial position of the agency;
• Prepare and update annual budget templates.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) in Accounting or Finance;
• Two (2) years’ experience working in accounting or financial forecasting skills preferred;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Proficient in MS Excel, including multiple worksheet files and macros; and word processing software
• Valid Driver's License required.
