We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through compelling and innovative social media content.

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals
- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and feedback
- Analyze social media data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

```Skills```
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
- Strong video editing skills with experience in post-production techniques
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video production principles
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to be physically present part of the time at our Rockaway, NJ facility for video shoots (rest can be done remotely)

- Must be familiar / have previous experience creating commercial content for Tik Tok, FB/IG and YT.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media content
