Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary and hospitality management skills.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including the kitchen and front-of-house operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and ingredients
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and market trends
- Conduct interviews, hire, and train new employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to achieve business goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for inventory management and reporting purposes

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in catering or event planning
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques for hiring new staff members
