JOB SUMMARY : The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for participating in the supervision of departmental personnel, for performing a wide variety of housekeeping functions, and for filling in when the Housekeeping Manager is absent.
Assign work duties to staff, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding service and equipment. Possess keen observation skills, detail oriented and competent in verbal and written communication and time management.
Responsible for ordering and maintain equipment. Must be professional customer service and open minded at all times.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Directly supervisor 20-30 associates in the Hotel Housekeeping department. Responsibilities include interviewing, training associates;
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
