This position consist in the repairs and maintains plastic molding equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, conveyor systems, electrical devices and production machines and equipment.- Installs and removes injection molds in injection molding machines.
- Installs and removes auxiliary equipment necessary for the injection mold machine
- Sets and adjusts injection molding machine to set-up parameters.
- Troubleshoots and corrects injection molding machine operations.
- Diagnoses basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems with equipment.
- Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation.
- Ensuring the container meets quality specifications.
- Responsible for keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines.
- Load and clean between color changes in mold machines.
- Completes checklists as required.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on injection molding machines.
Work Schedule
Monday- Friday
8hr shift
Compensation:
$25/hr. to $28/hr.
