Our staff has a high degree of experience in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other home service industries--and offers their knowledge to help increase our client's understanding of their business performance. In the industry, we are known for our professionalism and knowledge of the scheduling software and accounting integrations. Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing proficiency of 50 WPM along with good computer skills
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience with a high call volume
- Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores
- Experience with CRM software
WORK SCHEDULE

Shifts: This position offers multiple shifts including standard hours and after-hours shifts (11pm -7am).
