Job description: Night Manager

All Pro Building Maintenance is a well-established janitorial company that goes above and beyond for all APBM customers. We are looking for Team Players to join our growing team.
We are hiring people who are motivated, trustworthy, responsible, punctual, thoughtful, quick learners, and able to complete their job duties with minimal supervision for indoor and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities:

• Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with the Support team.
• Perform site inspections.
• Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers and team members.
• Assist with scheduling cleaning crews.
• Complete other cleaning and organizing duties as assigned by the Area Manager.
• Proper use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment and ability to train new employees on the same.
• Cover staffing shortages or identify other employees to cover shifts.

Qualifications:

• 2 years (we'd love more!) of supervisory experience.
• 2 years (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience.
• Must be comfortable working with a culturally diverse crew.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must have an active driver's license.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and E-Verify.
