Who We Are Looking For?
As a National Inside Sales Team Member, your mission is to take inbound leads from all corners of the nation and turn them into member success stories for the local franchisee. You'll be at our brand new Huntersville, NC, headquarters, guiding and consulting a diverse range of prospects who have requested to learn more about our upcoming franchised locations. Most importantly, after speaking with the prospects and understanding how our membership-based wellness service can help them, you'll be closing deals and moving the needle.
A Typical Day Might Include A Mix Of The Following:
- Nurturing leads and successfully converting a targeted percentage of prospects.
- Selling memberships over the phone and through text and secure payments.
- Educating consumers on our wellness membership options and the fantastic services our franchisees offer.
- Identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Hitting sales targets out of the park.
- Ensuring a top-notch customer experience characterized by professionalism and courtesy.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity goals through savvy telephone-based customer acquisition techniques.
- Committing to continuous self-improvement through product knowledge and sales skills training and coaching.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for inside sales.
- Resilience in the face of rejection, with an unshakable commitment to the sales process.
