Our client is a successful wealth management firm seeking an experienced Client Service Associate for their firm in New York, NY. Qualified candidates must demonstrate experience with HNW client services, confidentiality, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills in a highly collaborative team environment. Candidates with operations background and “white glove” client relationship experience are highly preferred.
This position is open to Remote candidates.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of investment and portfolio administration such as fund transfers and withdrawals, RMDs, capital gains, and losses, calculation of stepped-up cost basis, ACATs, new account documentation, and classification of securities. Experience with the Fidelity custodial platform is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Engage and promptly addressing HNW client requests with “concierge role”
Open new accounts, process client money movement requests
Support operations manager with account requests, back-office support, preparing reports and special projects
Support data gathering and planning requests for financial planner as needed
Office team back up for administrative support, answering phones, follow up requests
Flexibility to support team in operations, client servicing and planning
Thoroughly document daily activity, follow up items and notes in CRM
Fidelity custodian liaison for back-office processing requests

5 Years of Experience in Financial Services
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher
Strong computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Junxure
