Business Analytics Director manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Director consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Business Health Growth is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and engagement plans that position the enterprise as the preeminent integrated healthcare provider for business health services. This role will collaborate across multiple departments and products, such as Health Plans, Managed Care, Occupational Health Services, and Population Health, to drive business health-related solutions for employers. The Director will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders. This role will be integral in ensuring the growth and expansion of the enterprise’s Business Health division.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership and Growth:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the enterprise’s business health division.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Lead high level negotiations and close contracts with prospective partners to secure business health-related deals.
Provide leadership and direction for sales projections, performance updates, and strategy alignment across the enterprise.
Collaborate with the Director of Total Health Transformation and operational leaders to drive Direct Primary Care services through the Total Health Model.
Engagement Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Work closely with engagement and system marketing teams to create and manage digital and collateral content that aligns with the enterprise’s branding.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure the enterprise’s presence at business-sponsored events, community programs, and employer-based activities to foster growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
Partner with client success teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and drive client renewals.
Serve as the enterprise representative at regional and community business events to promote business health services.
Organizational and Functional Strategy:
Identify market trends and evaluate their impact on business health services, developing appropriate responses to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to integrate business health offerings into broader enterprise strategies.
Develop operational plans that support the growth strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
Act as a change agent to foster innovative new services based on listening to needs of key stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly skilled sales and marketing professionals.
Set performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and support team members in achieving professional growth.
Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to support business health growth initiatives.
Fiscal Management:
Ensure responsible financial management through budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in alignment with strategic priorities.
Leverage resources to optimize expenditures and support business health growth initiatives.
Excellence in Service and Clinical Quality:
Ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement.
