The Application Manager role will be responsible to identify winning solutions for ODU and our customers and provide technical support and expertise; and lead projects from concept to design win to serial production.

Responsibilities

• Win customer projects.
• Provide ROM and FIRM Quotes for cable assemblies to customers.
• Manage and facilitate all customer communication to internal teams.
• Clarify and answer all technical and commercial questions from customers and the Sales Team (CSRs & RSMs), and stter them toward the best solution, during new connector or cable assembly designs.
• Provide the selling price fr new projects, including maintaining the sales margin in projects over the lifetime.
• Drive projects into series status (reorder).
• Change management (upkeep of design changes).
• Work with Product Management and Marketing to address consistent trends in projects, which may be related to an industry demand and require a special product development.
• Provide annual train for sales and on-boarding training for new employees.
• Create and maintain WI's per company policies.
• Create, track and report eam KPIs and install countermeasures as necessary.
• Work with members of the Leadership Team to set an achieve Corporate goals and objectives.
• Continuous improvement of processes, systems and tools in order to improve effiencey of hte department.
• Ensure month end collaboration.
• All other duties as assigned.
