Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming service requests from customers and schedule and dispatch teams to assigned locations.
- Communicate with clients to confirm and update appointment details, including any changes or cancellations.
- Maintain a database of scheduled appointments and ensure all necessary information, such as client preferences and special requests, are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with cleaners to ensure they have the necessary supplies and information for each job.
- Monitor cleaners' progress and provide assistance and direction as needed.
- Handle any emergencies or complaints, and follow up with clients to ensure full satisfaction with the service provided.
- Continuously update and maintain the scheduling system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, cleaners, and management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer programs.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry and basic cleaning practices is an asset.
