Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Business Sales Manager to join our team at Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple, Texas. As a Commercial Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability of our commercial business department by providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary and commission structure in the fast-paced and ever-evolving automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial market, including fleets, small businesses, and government entities
- Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions
- Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Work with the dealership's finance department to provide financing options for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation to clients
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Attend training and development sessions to increase product knowledge and improve sales skills

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and their features and benefits
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends, as needed
