Position SummaryPosition SummaryThis position will be responsible for assisting in the support and maintenance of data on the bank’s core system and ancillary software.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Review customer accounts to perform file maintenance on data fields as needed in the bank’s core system and ancillary software to ensure the integrity of customer account information.
- Review file maintenance reports regularly.
- Assist with testing of new systems and system updates using test scripts and documenting results.
- Build a knowledge base of issues and resolutions for commonly found issues.
- Participate in initiatives to improve efficiencies in various departments through the use of technology.
Other Responsibilities- Support and promote the Bank vision, mission and core values, organizational structure and policies and procedures.
- Provide a strong, compassionate and visible leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects.
- Comply with federal and state regulations as well as all established Bank policies and procedures.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills should include basic keyboarding, typing 40-50 wpm.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Must have excellent analysis, observation and decision making skills.
- Highly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are necessary for maintaining effective relationships with Board members, officers, employees, and members of the business and civic community.
- Work under high pressure situations in a stressful atmosphere while remaining composed.
- Mental concentration is required to perform concurrent tasks and meet deadlines while tolerating frequent interruptions.
- Must be physically present in the bank to perform these job duties.
