Role and Responsibilities

• Support business operations and key initiatives
• Investigate business demands for opportunities to improve efficiencies
• Ensure quality of deliverables in support of IT goals
• Practice and adhere to IT concepts & standards
• Analyze business requirements and participate in solution designs
• Document processes and procedures within IT framework

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred. Equivalent experience, education and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of Bachelors
• 2 years experience with degree
• 5 years relevant experience without degree

• Understand the importance and basic creation of documentation and requirements
• Understand the concepts of design documents
• Identify, present, and pursue solutions to problems
• Communicate effectively with internal customers
• Strong written and oral communication skills
