Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Data Analyst with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in data warehousing, preferably within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence techniques, coupled with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze ingestion data sources to understand data structure, quality, and relevance to business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data mapping documents, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Develop and maintain robust data warehousing solutions to support various business functions, with a focus on wealth management and asset management.

Define transformation rules and data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data throughout the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipeline.

Perform data analysis, interpretation, and visualization to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data-driven methodologies.

Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across multiple sources and platforms.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and financial services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, and business intelligence, preferably in the financial services industry.

Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation and analysis.

Extensive experience with data warehousing concepts, including ETL processes, dimensional modeling, and data governance principles.

Strong knowledge of financial instruments, wealth management, and asset management practices.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Business Intelligence Professional) will be a plus.
