Location: Waukegan, IL

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Rate: $35-40/hr including individual healthcare coverage

This position will split time between the Consulting and Professional Services Data group and Meeting and Event Travel Data group for a global pharmaceutical company in Lake County, IL.

Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years of industry experience, and must be comfortable with pulling, combining, sorting, collating, and analysis of complex data sets.

SAP experience is required for this role

Main Duties:

• Data Mining and analysis from various systems
• Reviewing purchase data from Consulting POS and capturing key elements of the Statement Of Work's in a spreadsheet for reporting
• Data Visualization - Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• RFP process management (invitations, timelines, other communications. Compiling data and creating score sheets.
• Document management
• Benchmark data gathering
• Spend Analytics - Sievo, SAP (S4HANA), Category Analytics and potentially supplier portals (e.g. BCD, MedForce)

Education:

• BA/BS Degree in Business/Finance or other related fields.
