RESPONSIBILITIES Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies. Identify new business opportunities and partners. Understand all company products and services. Be able to effectively explain functions, features and capabilities to clients. Understand and articulate unique differentiators and value statements. Develop new and existing opportunities and cultivate ongoing relationships through coordinated marketing campaigns, cold calls and other sales channels. Perform product demonstrations and presentations, if required. Facilitate the handoff of purchase-ready sales leads to Regional Sales Managers. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities, and be prepared to report on your efforts. Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU POSSESS: Accounting sector knowledge or experience. 2 years of sales or comparable experience Excellent oral and written communications skills. Superior presentation skills. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
