Business Development Associate, Sr. jobs in High Point, NC

Essential Duties

• Develops and maintains regular contact with long-term care facilities, assigned physicians, and other healthcare entities to: promote hospice and palliative care, establish on-going rapport with referral sources, and to provide education on the benefits and qualifications for all of the agency’s services.
• Plans and implements educational in-services, workshops, and seminars including participation in health fairs and other outreach opportunities.
• Maintains connections with long-term care facilities, senior centers, and other community resources
• Assists in the development of the annual marketing plan, development of marketing materials targeted to referrers and coordination or marketing activities.
• Participates in any other marketing outreach activities that are assigned or deemed to be strategically advantageous by the organization’s leadership and development teams.

Requirements

• BA in marketing, business or related discipline with one to three years related experience
• In lieu of degree, High School Diploma with three to five years of related experience
• Background in healthcare, hospice, marketing or sales experience

Education

• Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field
