This position will effectively execute sales and profit growth plans through professional sales and product management teams, to support the achievement of the business’s plans and strategies. Key Responsibilities Develops, leads, and manages the performance of the sales organization to ensure consistent sales growth at profitable margins. Identifies and implements a sales vision, strategy, and objectives by developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the overall industry and the markets served. Ensures coordination with internal sales support and operations teams to resolve issues and to ensure responsive and comprehensive resources for customers/distributors. Develop marketing strategies by channel to support overall business plans. Drive business and marketing research and intelligence for emerging markets, including customer experience, trends, and competitor segmentation. Coordinates with marketing and product management to provide field input on product requirements, pricing/program recommendations, and competitive information. Collaborate with technical teams to improve existing products and develop new products. Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns via mixed media, including video, social media, designing templates, writing content, and analyzing performance metrics. Oversee development of creative materials for events, trade shows, and conferences, such as booth designs, flyers, and promotional videos. Effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources to ensure creative work is completed on time and within budget. Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities. Minimum Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred 7-10 years’ relevant experience required Designs, develops, and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services, or market sector. Designs, develops, and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives. Plans, directs, and coordinates the efforts of marketing intelligence and research, sales, buying and merchandising toward the accomplishment of objectives.
