● Roles and Responsibilities
§ Manage food operations for in-house orders and off-site establishments
§ Meet and greet clients
§ Organize and outline the needs for each event
§ Oversee food presentations
§ Coordinate event and décor tasks
§ Facilitate logistics
§ Manage service staff schedule on-site for events and day-to-day
§ Process and receive food orders on time
§ Effectively communicate with all guests and staff in a friendly and courteous manner

● Requirements:
§ Organized and punctual
§ Valid Driver’s License for transportation with no outstanding warrants or record of reckless driving
§ Prior experience in food and beverage management (at least 5 years)
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Previous clientele to be introduced
● Expectations:
§ Grow the catering clientele and sales
§ Bring in additional revenue (especially during off seasons)
§ Form relationships with venues and local organizations
§ Grow a close working relationship with the FOH & BOH management
§ Understand how to incorporate catering orders into the regular kitchen schedule
